With over 38 years of dedicated experience at the firm, he brings unmatched depth in taxation and assurance, along with long-standing client relationships built on trust and consistency. His extensive expertise covers both direct and indirect taxation, and he has been instrumental in supporting clients through significant regulatory changes, including the transition to GST.

Hemanth Vepa, ACA

Partner – Assurance& Advisory / Due Diligence / Corporate Finance

Hemanth is an accomplished finance and audit professional with over 25 years of experience across global financial reporting, assurance, accounting advisory and corporate finance. He manages key client relationships in both Chennai and Bangalore and leads the firm’s Accounting & Advisory Services practice.

His core expertise includes

  • Global Financial Reporting (IND AS, IFRS, US GAAP ).
  • Internal Controls & SOX Compliance.
  • M&A Accounting / Review of Business Purchase Agreements.
  • Outsourced CFO Services.
  • Financial modelling and investment analysis services.

His previous experience includes

  • Head – financial reporting and assurance services functions at Wipro Limited.
  • Prior to Wipro Limited, he was in the assurance and advisory services at KPMG (London) and Pricewaterhouse Coopers (Chennai-India) for over 10 years. He was also a part of the IFRS Group at Ernst & Young.

Paromita Dutta, ACA

Partner – Assurance & Advisory/ Accounting Outsourcing / Compliance

With 15 years of extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and advisory, Paromita is recognized for her technical and practical expertise. She leads its Accounting Outsourcing Services practice across India as well as for international clients. She is known for her strong technical grounding in IFRS/Ind AS and her ability to help clients design and implement effective compliance frameworks tailored to their business needs.

  • Accounting Outsourcing & Managed Finance Services.

Her previous experience includes:

  • Led IFRS and Ind AS transition and advisory projects for large corporates and multinational clients at Ernst & Young (EY).
  • Served as faculty member for the EY Master Class on Companies Act 2013 and Ind AS, training senior industry professionals.
  • Part of EY’s Assurance services team, supporting audit and reporting assignments.
  • Earlier, worked as a senior member of the IFRS revenue accounting team, advising on complex revenue arrangements and technical accounting matters at Wipro Limited.
